Delete your account in the app
Open PikClub, choose Account, select Delete account and confirm the final warning. Your sign-in and personal profile details are removed immediately.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@pikclub.app from the address used for your PikClub account. Use the subject "PikClub account deletion request". We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account and active sessions.
- Your name, email, phone number, profile image and notification details.
- Account preferences and personal billing or subscription records held by PikClub, subject to legal retention obligations.
What may remain
Historical picks and results may remain under the anonymous name "Deleted member" to preserve completed league records for other entrants. Security, fraud-prevention or financial records may be retained where the law requires it.
