Delete your account in the app
Open PikClub, choose Account, select Delete account and confirm the final warning. Your sign-in and personal profile details are removed immediately.
Deleting your PikClub account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If your subscription is still active, cancel it in your store account before deleting PikClub.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@pikclub.app from the address used for your PikClub account. Use the subject "PikClub account deletion request". We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
Delete selected data without deleting your account
Email support@pikclub.app from the address used for your PikClub account. Use the subject "PikClub data deletion request" and state which information you want removed, such as your profile image, notification details or support correspondence. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
We will delete the requested information unless it is still needed to provide a feature you choose to keep, protect the service, meet a legal obligation or preserve an accurate completed competition record. If any requested information must be retained, we will explain what is retained and for how long.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account and active sessions.
- Your name, email, phone number, profile image and notification details.
- Account preferences and active access grants held by PikClub.
What may remain
Historical picks and results may remain under the anonymous name "Deleted member" to preserve completed league records for other entrants. Security, moderation, fraud-prevention and store transaction records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, financial reconciliation or support.
