Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address and profile image.
- League information, entries, picks, scores, invitations and organiser settings.
- Payment status or organiser payment instructions when a league uses those features. PikClub does not store full card details.
- Device, notification, security and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate members, run leagues, calculate scores, deliver reminders, provide support, prevent misuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
PikClub uses specialist providers for authentication, hosting, databases, email delivery, diagnostics and push notifications. They process information only to provide their services to PikClub and are subject to their own security and data protection obligations.
Retention and deletion
Account and operational data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the service, security, legal obligations or legitimate competition records. When an account is deleted, sign-in credentials and personal profile details are removed. Historical league results may remain under the anonymous name "Deleted member" so other participants retain an accurate competition record.
Your choices
You can sign out, change notification permissions and delete your account from the Account screen in the app. You can also use the account deletion page if you no longer have the app.
