About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and Pikclub Ltd for your use of PikClub. If you download PikClub from Apple, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Leagues and competitions
Private league organisers choose their group, permitted settings and any informal prize details. PikClub-operated Global Leagues are public, free to enter and may have rules set by PikClub. PikClub provides competition software and does not collect entry fees, hold prize funds, operate betting or act as a bookmaker. Users are responsible for complying with laws and agreements that apply to their own group.
PikClub promotions and prizes
PikClub may run free-to-enter Global Leagues or other promotions with prizes. Each promotion has separate Prize Rules identifying the promoter, entry period, eligibility requirements, method of entry, winner mechanism, prize and any other significant conditions. Those Prize Rules form part of these terms for that promotion and will be available before entry and throughout the promotion.
Joining a prize promotion confirms acceptance of its displayed Prize Rules. A person may be allowed to play without being eligible for its prize. Prize eligibility and payment may be subject to reasonable identity, age, residency and compliance checks described in the Prize Rules.
We administer our promotions fairly using PikClub's server records and the published game rules. We may pause, correct, amend or cancel a promotion only where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, a material technical failure, a fixture or competition change, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will not use this provision to avoid awarding an advertised prize and will take reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging valid entrants.
Subscriptions and billing
PikClub Full Access is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. The price and billing period are shown by Apple or Google before purchase. Subscriptions continue until cancelled through the relevant store.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel through that store. Deleting your PikClub account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the store's rules and your statutory consumer rights.
Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of profile images, league names and other content you provide, and give PikClub a limited licence to host, display and process that content to operate the service. You must have the right to share it. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, misleading or rights-infringing content; impersonate another person; harass members; misuse invitations; interfere with the service; or attempt unauthorised access.
Members can report players and block profile content from other players. We may review, remove or restrict content and accounts where reasonably necessary to protect members, comply with law or enforce these terms.
Scores, availability and changes
Sports data may come from third-party sources and can be delayed or corrected. We work to keep PikClub available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every data point will always be error-free. We may change, suspend or retire features where reasonably necessary. Server-enforced league rules and submitted results remain authoritative.
Our content and intellectual property
PikClub software, design, branding and original content belong to Pikclub Ltd or its licensors. Sports names, marks and data may belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Suspension, termination and deletion
We may suspend or close an account that threatens the service or other members, repeatedly breaks these terms or creates legal or security risk. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a route to contact support. You may delete your account from the app at any time. Historical competition records may remain in anonymised form.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, PikClub is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms, business losses, user-run prize arrangements or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in your country of residence.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will be signposted before they take effect. Questions can be sent to support@pikclub.app.
